Terms for using NoxAds.ai.

The NoxAds website is provided to explain our services, publish company information, and make it easier to reach the team. You may use the website for ordinary business evaluation, inquiry, and communication.

You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its availability, copy content in a misleading way, interfere with security controls, or submit information that you do not have the right to share.

Submitting a form, sending an email, or joining an introductory call does not by itself create a client relationship or a binding service obligation. A project begins when scope, responsibilities, fees, timelines, access, and approval requirements are agreed in writing.

Client projects may include strategy, creative production, paid media/performance advertising, AI workflow design, reporting, or operational support. The exact deliverables and acceptance process are defined in the relevant proposal, order, statement of work (SOW), or written agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the materials, data, brand assets, account access, and instructions you provide can be used for the requested work. NoxAds is not responsible for claims arising from inaccurate, unauthorized, or incomplete client-provided materials.

Unless otherwise agreed, drafts, recommendations, campaign changes, and public-facing materials should be reviewed and approved by the client before launch. NoxAds may refuse work that appears unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or outside the agreed scope.

The brands, logos, text, design, and content on the website belong to NoxAds or the relevant rights holders and may not be used without permission. Ownership and usage licensing of the deliverables produced within a project are set out separately in the relevant proposal or agreement. Rights to the brand assets provided by the client remain with the client.

The website and general informational content are provided “as is” and do not guarantee any specific outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoxAds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The liability framework for projects is subject to the terms of the written agreement signed by the parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the application of these terms.
