Terms for using NoxAds.ai.

The NoxAds website is provided to explain our services, publish company information, and make it easier to contact the team. You may use the website for ordinary business evaluation, inquiry, and communication.

You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its availability, copy content in a misleading way, interfere with security controls, or submit information that you do not have the right to share.

Submitting a form, sending an email, or joining an introductory call does not by itself create a client relationship or binding service obligation. A project begins when scope, responsibilities, fees, timelines, access, and approval requirements are agreed in writing.

Client projects may include strategy, creative production, paid media, AI workflow design, reporting, or operational support. The exact deliverables and acceptance process should be defined in the relevant proposal, order, statement of work, or written agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that materials, data, brand assets, account access, and instructions you provide can be used for the requested work. NoxAds is not responsible for claims that arise from inaccurate, unauthorized, or incomplete client-provided materials.

Unless otherwise agreed, drafts, recommendations, campaign changes, and public-facing materials should be reviewed and approved by the client before launch. NoxAds may refuse work that appears unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or outside the agreed scope.
